Description
This luxury family villa sleeps 6/7 persons and comprises 3 bedrooms, (2
twin and one double) 2 luxury bathrooms,(1 en suite) A well appointed
fitted kitchen, with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine,
internal and external dining areas and comfortable living room with log
burner, satellite TV, DVD and air conditioning. Parking for several
cars. A fold away bed and cot are available on request.
There are 2 roof terraces with panoramic views of the mountains,
surrounding countryside and the sea. Outside there are several other
terraces and seating areas
allowing enjoyment of the garden, pool and scenery at all times of the
day. There are also 2 outdoor barbeque areas.
The private pool area is not overlooked and is enclosed by a low wall
incorporating two attractive seating areas.
There is a shower and outside lighting. Sun loungers and parasols are
supplied. The swimming pool has optional heating available at a charge
of £80 per week. The mature gardens are well stocked with a variety of
fruit trees including orange,lemon, grapefruit and pomegranate alongside
a collection of beautiful flowering shrubs and mature palms.
The villa is situated in a rural position, overlooking farmland. It is
convenient for all amenities and only one hour from Faro airport.
Fifteen minutes walk away is Carvoeiro’s famous Restaurant Hill, where
the choice of quality dining is second to none. The local Intermarche
Supermarket is just a 5 minute drive and can supply everything you
should need for your stay. Carvoeiro beach is twenty minutes walk. For
those who do not wish to walk back, there are always taxis available
from Carvoeiro square for less than 5 euros (£3).
For golfing enthusiasts, the Vale de Milho golf course is
within walking distance, and the Championship Pinta and Gramacho Courses
are only a few minutes drive.
Carvoeiro is centrally situated in the Algarve and an ideal centre for
the exploration of this picturesque area.
